How can I complete my registration?
To complete your registration, please proceed with the selected payment method (online payment or bank transfer). Your place at the event is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
When will I receive confirmation of my payment?
If you select online payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation immediately upon successful transaction.
If you select bank transfer, a payment confirmation will be sent within three (3) working days from the date we receive your transfer.
When will I receive my invoice/receipt?
The official receipt/invoice will be made available to you on the first day of the event.
Are the registration fees inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All registration fees are inclusive of applicable Greek VAT.
What should I include as payment reference if I choose bank transfer as my payment method?
Please include your Order ID and full name as the payment reference when completing a bank transfer. This ensures faster verification of your payment.
Until when can I purchase my ticket?
Tickets can be purchased until 25 April 2026, subject to availability. We encourage participants to complete their registration early to secure their place at the event.
Can I receive a proforma invoice for payment purposes
Υes. Upon request, a proforma invoice can be issued to facilitate internal approval or payment procedures.

The event will take place at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh),
Alsyllio Agrokipiou, 1 Makedonias, P.O. Box 85, Chania 73100, Crete, Greece.
